How long does delivery take?
Every order is made and dispatched to order, which takes 2 working days before it ships. After that it's 4–7 working days to the UK and 3–5 to Europe and the USA. We'd rather tell you up front than surprise you.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes — the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United States. £9.99 flat wherever you are, free over £149.99. Duties and VAT are paid by us, so there's nothing to pay on the doorstep.
Is any of it tested on animals?
No. The whole range is cruelty-free, and the vast majority of it is vegan. Where a product isn't, the ingredients list says so plainly.
What if it doesn't suit my skin?
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. Message us and we'll sort it — someone real answers.
